As part of the 'Sports Friendly Campus' activities conducted by Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University, a bocce tournament was organized on the occasion of May 19 Commemoration of Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day.
The organization, led by Dr. Ebru Özüdoğru from the Faculty of Sports Sciences, brought together academics and students on the same field. In the tournament, which saw intense participation, the participants experienced both sports competition and shared the joy of the holiday together.
The bocce tournament, where gentlemanly struggles took place throughout the event, was considered an important organization in terms of promoting sports culture at the university and strengthening social unity. Participants expressed their satisfaction with the event, which was held in accordance with the spirit of May 19.
